• Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 2 working days.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
• For payments made via VISA or Mastercard, the refund will be less the bank transaction fee of 3%.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safety.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized scrubs.
• Items worn, damaged, or without original packaging.
